What we collect

When you book the AI Tools Assessment we receive your name, email address, phone number and, if you give it, your business name. After you book, we receive the time of your session, your time zone (from the booking page or your browser) and the answers you give in the questionnaire.

We do not receive or store your card number. Payment is handled by Stripe.

Why we collect it

We use it for one purpose: to prepare and hold your assessment session and to send you your report. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

Stripe processes your payment. Calendly holds the time of your session. Resend delivers our emails to you. The website and its database run on a server at Hetzner in Germany. Each of them handles your information only to provide that service.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no advertising or analytics trackers. It sets a cookie only where the payment or your booking needs one. None of our cookies holds your name, email or card.

Checkout. When you open the payment page, one cookie holds a signed reference to your own checkout, so a payment that did not go through can be tried again. It ends when that checkout ends, within 24 hours.

Retry. If a payment did not go through and you are sent back to the payment page, one cookie lets that page reopen your checkout with the details you gave. It lasts 10 minutes and works once.

Your place. After you pay, one cookie keeps your place, so the site opens the step you are on. It expires after 14 days.

Fraud prevention. On every page of this site, Stripe sets its own cookies to detect fraud and keep payments safe: __stripe_mid (one year), __stripe_sid (30 minutes) and one on m.stripe.com. Stripe uses hCaptcha to tell people from bots, which sets a cookie named __cf_bm for 30 minutes. Stripe explains these in its Privacy Policy and its Cookies Policy.

Because the site has no trackers and does not sell or share your information for advertising, it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. The cookies above are needed to take your payment and hold your booking.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Reply to any email you received from us and we will do it.
